Our approach
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics services, and contains no contact forms. Fonts, images and all other resources are served directly from this website; no third-party content is loaded. No personal data is processed for advertising purposes.
Hosting and delivery
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA and delivered over their global edge network. Vercel acts as a processor on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). When the website is accessed, connection data is processed for technical reasons (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data is necessary to provide, secure and stabilise the website; the legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and available operation. Deletion follows Vercel's retention policy.
The operator keeps no server log files of their own, does not analyse connection data, does not build usage profiles from it, and does not combine it with other data.
A current list of the sub-processors Vercel engages is available at security.vercel.com.
Data transfers to the United States
Vercel Inc. is based in the United States, so processing this connection data may involve a transfer of personal data to the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, agreed in the data processing agreement with Vercel, which expressly account for the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Vercel is additionally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry and conduct business. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for those purposes and no statutory retention obligations apply (in particular ten years for business correspondence).
Legal bases and your rights
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we base processing on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as to data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address given above. The competent supervisory authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
